Wie voll der Mund mit bionator ist kann ich echt noch null einschätzen

Habt ihr Tipps, was man alles benötigt für die lose Spange??

This is my new request to bracesshop, Plate of Cervera. What do you think?

Would it be possible for you to build an orthodontic cervera plate?
I need one like this:

1. Lateral metal plates covering the upper teeth
2. double anterior metal plate with additional acrylic bite on the second metal plate
3. Side acrylic plates/shields for the cheeks
4. acrylic plate on the palate, very thick covering the palate as much as possible with lateral connections of metals
5. Upper Metal wire around teeth and bottom metal wire with pelottes
6.Would it be possible to add a design on the plaque? if so what designs are available?

Das kann ich verstehen, ich meine, da ist ja dann kein Platz mehr im Mund, ich hatte ne feste. Den Bionator hätte ich bestimmt andauernd raus genommen

At first I was so scared and wasn’t too happy at all but if you throw yourself in and get passed the first week or two then it does become slightly easier and while still very embarrassing it is amazing how much you grow in confidence with it in. Eating with them is still tricky and so having to wear them full time for that is pretty annoying! Sometimes I can’t manage so just take them out.

my ortho does it rather than me as she I’m only doing 1/4 turns and not many of them so she is controlling it. It’s hard to expand the jaw at my age so this is only creating a small bit of space so the labial now can be adjusted to make the minor changes needed on my front teeth, the real bit is addressing my molars which the occlusal coverage is doing

definitely easier to handle in that you don’t have an option. It was the appliance my ortho suggested would work best. The occlusal coverage is the important part that she can adjust to align my molars. I generally take her advice right or wrong.

How did you choose removable over fixed braces ? I am wearing braces myself but I preferred fixed as I can't cheat and also easier to handle I think

Very happy for you enjoying the process I feel the same and powerchain I am wearing on both arches since 6months now I tried different colors even with ceramics on top and I like it

I am actually wearing braces myself as an adult I choose clear damon on top and metal damon on bottom
I appreciate wearing them

Oh, ich dachte schon, niemanden interessiert meine Behandlung hier

Es wurde ein finaler Abdruck, Wachsbiss und Fotos gemacht. Anschließend besprach sie noch die Tragedauer, die Funktionsweise des Bionators und ich konnte mir eine Farbe aussuchen.

Nun heißt es warten auf den 17.01. Da bekomme ich den Bionator eingesetzt. Bin inzwischen ziemlich aufgeregt und hab schon echt Sorge vor der Aussprache

Happy new year everyone. I never though 2022 Would be the year I got a brace but 2023 I’ll have the complete smile, wishing you all a prosperous 2023 and straight smiles
I have another appointment in Jan for the ortho to make some more adjustments. Still a while to go wearing the brace but I’m really used to having it in now. I won’t agree with people who say you barely notice you are wearing them after a while because you definitely do notice them, but it is much less noticeable.

Und wie is es?

Hallo wieder einmal.
Diesmal gibt es einen kurzen Zwischenbericht. Am 24.12. hat sich leider wieder mal ein Bracket gelöst. Diesmal war es das 15er. Aber ich bekam heute schon einen Reparaturtermin.
Somit wurde der Kleber vom Zahn entfernt, das Bracket neu geklebt und die Verblockung wieder angebracht.
Ich hoffe, jetzt habe ich bis Februar Ruhe. Apropos. In 3 Tagen habe ich 2-jähriges Jubiläum.

It’s probably not quite as sharp/clear as the others I’ve posted, but it was easier and quicker to just take a photo with my phone than to get a photo off of my camera and uploaded and everything.

I've worn mine for 4-5 hours comfortably and could go longer

The tongue crib will give a lisp.

Does this lisp disappear or will it stay?

Is it a huge lisp?

Do others understand your speech?
