My mother does not want me to buy from the braces shop.

She also does not want me to get a impression from my dentist either.  Maybe someone on here can let me have one of their retainers to keep?  For now that the only way for me to get more retainers.  She does not want me to buy them from ebay too.  Can someone on here help me with this dilemma?  PM me if you can help me.
