How long till dispatch of impression kit?

Ordering some retainers: how long till the impression kit is dispatched? Is there a notification?

It's been a week and Ive heard nothing.

Would Like to know this as well as I have also ordered but no impression kit has come through yet. Im in UK.

It's normal. For me, in France, it took ten days to receive the kit.

Ok I just received my impression kit it came quicker than I thought. I read the instructions but what do I do next?
