Elastics

I‘m very happy to have elastics again, now the strong ones (called bummer) . I have to wear it only during the Night, from 3 and 4  (Upper jaw) to 3 and 4 lower jaw. Great feeling

I had 4 elastics on both right and left side.

How was that with opening and closing your mouth.

I'm wearing 3/16 medium, class 2 on the left and class 3 on the right, to fix the midline.  My wife is wearing 3/16 X-heavy, class 2 on both side.
I have no problem opening my mouth and even eating with them on, but my wife configuration have been really hard on her.

I got to wear 5/16" extra-heavy in a class III configuration, since about 8 weeks, for 12 hrs a day.
The tension gives a weird but feeling, but I like it. And it gives a little extra to my look.
