Loving my full set of laced traditional metal braces

Ortho let me keep them on indefinitely unless there is a problem or I'm not brushing well and we laced them instead of ties or chains so they can just be my permanent retainers, without staining

They look fab, your teeth look perfect too. I love the all silver look, I get my braces in 4 weeks and am going for silver/grey ligatures.

Best compliment, yuh I love these. Basic, kinda the classic set up. The lacing won't discolor or rip like power chains or single ties. I kind of just like consider these permanent retainers.

My Ortho is super cool about it, I told him I'm in it for the aesthetic, I like having a fidget toy on my teeth, and I really don't want to waste my time losing retainers
