I don't speak Russian, but I know the alphabet well enough to transliterate it and then Google translate it:

At about 14:17 her twin (?) has a different style neck strap on her/their headgear.  I have no idea what is being said or what is happening but I am curious as to her character.

The girl is unhappy, pushed around by everybody and afraid to wear her headgear at school. The 'twin' is an image of her inner thoughts commenting on what she is doing, a kind of a voice over. Why she has a different neck strap I don't know, maybe to differentiate between the two. At 36:21 she gets a very rude wake-up call but it works: she starts to come up for herself. From that moment on she is wearing her headgear at school. Most of the time in the rest of the series she is wearing her headgear.
