I live in Austria and had no problems to see the film. I simply click on the link and see the video. From which country you would like to see the video?

Forget about it, probably some juridical issues... If jurists begin to lay their hand on something it is lost once for all...

maybe we can use a server situated in germany so the site thinks we are in germany, is it possible ?

I'm from the Czech Republic and I can't see it as well. The lawyers are real suckers.

Sports broadcasting e.g. olymic games are blocked in the same way, from juridical reasons it is not possible to show this ... even if there is a short story about such issues in "Tagesschau" it is blocked. No way... This makes sence especially in that cases ARD or ZDF provides a stream in internet, it is blocked abroad as well...
I don't know which rights maybe concerned, but I'm sure that there are juridical reasons.
