Paul's cheap dentist puts braces on Alexander Chaplin as James Hobert instead of removing his infected tooth, causing problems in James' date with the new mail girl.
In one episode, when the staff is called urgently to an emergeny James shows up wearing a high-pull headgear and a lot of jokes are made about it. I suppose this is the same episode - Mark.
