There are about half a dozen good scenes involving the teenage guy with the headgear; including using an Asthma puffer and getting it caught on the facebow, bouncing a soccer ball off it, using it to reflect sun in someone's eyes, and turning down pizza because it is hard to eat with headgear. There are specific references to it in the dialogue in three places.
