Clear brackets possible?

I’ve had my eye on the retainer with brackets from the shop and I was wondering if anyone has ever tried to order these with clear, ceramic brackets, if this was at all possible?
I’m thinking about a few modifications like adding posterior bite plates covering the biting surface of the upper back teeth or removable lip bumpers and I’m quite confident these would be doable based on some of the posts on this board but I don’t think I’ve ever seen fakes with clear brackets.

If any of you who have the retainers with brackets, do you have any recommendations from your orders I should try to incorporate into mine?

I put a special request for clear ceramic brackets with the white wires and clear ligatures. I love them. They are actually so realistic since it seems so rare that people get metal braces anymore. So realistic since that I snapped a picture of myself wearing them and told my wife I got braces and she bought it as real!! Absolutely love them

That is fantastic. How did your wife react when she first thought they were real?

I'm happy that you got what you wanted because I remember you were considering a real consultation some time ago. I hope you enjoy wearing them and that they give you a lot of pleasure. The best thing about recreational braces is that you can wear them as much or as little as you like, so you're in control.

Could you share a picture of the appliance? I've never seen recreational braces with clear brackets before.

Most children here still get metal brackets, so I don't think they are that rare.  I don't see adults in metal much.  I went to four different consultations before getting my braces and it was the same price for metal, ceramic or invisalign.  I chickened out and got ceramic, but after 1 month, I got colored bands because I want to see my braces.  If I were getting fakes, I think I would get metal.  We will see.  I have my braces for at least 10 more months and then I will probably get fakes for part time wear after that.
