Title: Just got my first appliances

I was having jaw problems for a while; lots of pain and ringing ears, even a little deafness. I've now started a 2 - 2 1/2 year treatment for TMD, starting with a TMD scwartz splint on bottom and a sagittal appliance on top.

The splint is 24/7, even when eating. Can only take it out to clean it and I haven't started using the expander part of it yet. The top one comes out for eating but should be in as much as possible otherwise.

He mentioned before that he'll probably give me a Grummons facemask at some point for night time wear. Eventually I'll be in full fixed braces and then retainers.

I'm afraid I don't have a good camera, that's about as good as it gets. What do you mean by PM?
