I'm considering having a fake braces made in the shop.
I need to have an impression kit but I don't know how to make an impression of my teeth, i don't speak german, is it well explained in the impression kit ?
Who make these fake appliances ?
Is it an orthodontic lab ? Same quality as real appliances ?
Do they send it to france or belgium ?
How long will it take to have the brace made after the impression is made ?

yes, for our international customers, we send instructions in english language together with the impression kit.

Yes, they are made by an orthodontic lab that also makes appliances for "real" patients, so it's the same quality as real appliances.

After our dental technican received your impressions, it usually takes about one week for him to manufacture your braces.

I sent an email (twice)with some questions about the appliance I want  & have never heard back. Makes me nervous about parting with money if thats the response. What experience does anyone else have, and is there a direct email address and contact Tel number?
