Not received or late delivery?......

Hello,

I have some questions regarding my order on 12-16-2009, witch i not completely received...

On 12-16-2009 i have ordered an Stiff Activator with a headgear and facebow. Therefore on 01-16-2010 i received the impression kit and send this back on 01-30-2010 to the address that was printed on the letter that came with the impression kit.

Today, 05-02-2010 i have not received or hear anything about my order. On the braces-online shop i have several times send an e-mail back to the shop owner bud did not get any response on this. That is why i am posting this on the forum..

I hope you can answer my questions about, if you have received my impressions or did not send the braces back to me...

sorry, I only can answer in german.

ich habe am 22.12.09 bestellt, einen Monat später das impression kit erhalten - auch die Zahnspange (modified activator) kam dann nach einiger Zeit.

Jedoch habe ich auch den Eindruck, dass zur Zeit GAR NICHTS passiert - meine letzte Preisanfrage von Mitte März ist noch nicht beantwortet und meine Bestellung vom 14.03. (alles bezahlt) wurde auch noch nicht bearbeitet...

I've ordered a modified Activator on Dec 22nd 2009, a Month later the Impression-kit arrived - a while after retourning the kit the brace finally arrived..

But I've got a notion that NOTHING happens there at the moment- My Last price-request from mid March has not been answered yet

But to make matters worse - my order from March 14th (completely paid) hast not been processed so far..

@Jeroen:
we received your impressions, but unfortunately you didn't mix the blue and the white impression mass (as explained in the instructions). Because of that, your impressions can't be used for manufacturing the appliance. :( We've send an email to you on 8th of February, asking if we can ship a new impression kit to you. We only received one email from you (ever; on 02-04-2010). You can write us at: [email protected]

Deine Bestellung von März ist noch in Bearbeitung - zur Zeit gibt es (wie im Forum und auf der Shop-Website angekündigt) leider einige Verzögerungen, u.a. aufgrund einer Weiterbildung unseres Zahntechnikers. Bitte entschuldige die lange Wartezeit. Die bestellte Spange sollte in kürze fertig sein.
Bzgl. der Preisanfrage habe ich noch keine Rückmeldung von unserem Zahntechniker erhalten. Ich frage nochmal nach und gebe dir dann per eMail bescheid.

Es sind leider immer noch sehr viele gleichzeitige Bestellungen in Arbeit, so dass die verlängerte Anfertigungszeit noch etwas länger auftreten kann - sorry.
