Wonder if anyone could help as can't get a reply from the bracesshop email.

I have already had an order from them but want to order more.. do I need to do another set of impressions or do they keep casts from previous orders?

I just received my first order from them yesterday, and they mailed the impressions back to me. Did they not send yours back to you? I've heard they keep them on file, but maybe someone else can chime in.

Strange, I received my first order Saturday but didn't get the impressions. What did you order?

That's really interesting - I would maybe try and contact the lab directly if you are able. I ordered a twin block appliance.

I saw in your other thread that your appliance didn't fit well - did you have any luck with that? I need to contact them about making an adjustment to my new appliances.

Strange I have tried to contact them but no luck in getting an answer yet. I have got used to it now it is so hard to talk with! Would you want to see pictures?

Mine is very hard to talk with as well! I've only had it for about a day though, and haven't had too much time to use it yet.

I'd love to see pictures! I can show pictures of mine as well.

I had some issues trying to contact them as well but they did finally respond. It seems that they are overwhelmed right now!
