Got a crown put in, now my twin block doesn’t fit quite right

Miketehcat:
I had to get a crown on one of my molars a couple of weeks ago, and since then, none of my appliances have been fitting quite right. I have a Hawley upper that I wear from my braces days, and a twin block that I bought from the shop. Does anyone have experience with this? Is it something I can fix, or can I send it to the shop technician with a new mold for adjustments?

Thanks.

xxxforce:
adjustment with new molds should not be a problem, i've done that myself a few times (broken wire etc). Very good work and not expensive..

Braceface2015:
If you have a dental lab near you, see if they can make the adjustments for you. Most of the time the lab does much of the work before the dentist receives the appliance. They may be able to help you.

Christian:
you can make this self. buy a tool from dremel or proxxon:
w ww.conrad.com/ce/en/product/806358/Proxxon-Micromot-FBS-240E-Precision-Drill-Grinder?ref=searchDetail

and put a tool in:
w ww.conrad.com/ce/en/product/826212/Proxxon-Micromot-28-726-Wolfram-vanadium-steel-milling-bits-Ball-diameter-8-mm?ref=searchDetail

its working
i have this at home
i can not explain more, my english is bad, sorry

Miketehcat:
I have asked the shop technician to do the adjustment for me - I am sending some impressions to the shop and then they will be able to complete this for me. I will update and let everyone know when I receive the twin block again !
