Custom double feed plates possible?
« on: 10. November 2017, 10:49:48 AM »
Hi,

I'd like to know if it is possible to create a custom double feed plates with sander >:D
I'm think something very close to a double feed plates with
  • Plastic-coated labial bow top and bottom
  • A circular wire on the back of upper front teeth
  • Spring wires on the back of the bottom front teeth
  • Pelotten top and bottom
  • Sander on the top
Something like we can see on the illustration of the modified twin block mit pelotten & the Stretching Plate with Cheek Guards (Upper Jaw) or bottom modified Stretching-Plate.
I like when the top & bottom plates are very thick and feeling the plastic everywhere which give me difficulty to speak with the Sander ;D.
I already have a top and bottom modified Stretching-Plate and I think it is time to change with something more fun!

What do you think is it possible to make it?

Thanks

you can try to reach the shop-technician by sending him a private message - His user is named "shoptechniker" or you write an email to the shop adress and im Sure they will forward your message to the technician.

Other thing you can try is contacting a local braceslab. My braces on the picture were also made in a lab and everything was possible. But it take sometime to find a lab that wants to make a brace without prescription.

This one is cool, very close to what I want.

Very easy - that is a standard product from the shop: https://dereferer.me/?https://www.bracesshop.net/doppelplatten/6/doppelvorschubplatten
