you surely would have to pay yourself for an impression so it would not be a problem to go to another dentist ;)

I returned my impressions to the Braces Shop before Christmas and have yet to receive confirmation they have received them. I have emailed and they have responded saying I shouldn't worry but it does seem an awfully long time for post to get from England to Germany!

I've worn it today and yesterday some hours already but now my Jaw-Muscles are quite sore and painful from being held slightly open and the lower jaw being pushed forward a bit.. I hope i get accomodate to that soon.. Can anyone comply this "problems" too?

Hallo xxxforce!

xxxforce Congrats on the new appliance! Very cool with mixed colors too. I have the same appliance and my mouth was a little sore after wearing it at first but I don't have any issues now.

thanks!

unfortunately i had to send it back to the technician today because i noticed that the lower connection point where the screw of the telescope bars is had already been broken. That could happen but i hope not too often.. So waiting begins again

I also mentionend in my notice i added in the package about the pain problem...

still today not wearing it for more than 24hours now my tmj and / or the muscless are quite sore while chewing or pressing the teeth together a bit more.. even it hurts when pressing against the tmj with my fingers.. and i beliefe this sort of pain should not occur.. but interestingly while i was wearing the appliance it didn't hurt at all.. maybe the height of the bite blocks is too much..  So it's definitely better the technician looks over it because i'm wearing it for fun not wanting to cause any (permanent) damage to my jaw...
As i've worn already an activator and double feed plates from the shop and actaully never had any pain at all before..

So lets wait..

Oh that's too bad. Hmm, yeah probably best for him to look over it and you definitely don't want to do any harm for sure

i have the same one now for 3 years.
and i filed the biteblocks a bit down.
I sometimes sleep with them over night and i notice my bite is a bit off, but that is again fine after a few hours of not wearing the device.

Otherwise a lovely feeling. and i have been wearing it in public now plenty of times with the HG.

Br,

I would love fixed braces on a retainer with springs and headgear tubes
Did you buy your retainer?

I just got my modified twin-block with pelottes and wow! It fits great although I did take a little bit off the top of the upper pelotte because it was jamming into my gum. It definitely fills the mouth and it is very difficult to manage anything with the headgear attached. http://anonym.to/?http://anonym.to/?https://postimg.cc/gallery/3aion7u0c/
beautiful images!
how does it feel in your mouth?
the inner bow of facebow was with loops/stop or you ask for them?
I would this appliance, but with habit crib...or is too?

@Twin Block Girl: Thank you. It feels great; it fits well and definitely is a mouthful and takes some getting use to but after a while it doesn't feel that big. The face bow came with the loops/stop, I think that's standard. It would be interesting with a habit crib, I haven't seen that done. What treatment have you had or what appliances do you have/want to get?
