At night I suck with my tongue towards my palate and my teeth. I ordered the active palete with tounge crib, so it covers my entire palate and keeps my tongue in place.
Do you think I can stop sucking?
How long will I have to wear the appliance?
Will I be able to speak well?
I will feel pain?
