Sasquatch Gang (2006)

The Sasquatch Gang A.K.A The Sasquatch Dumpling Gang has been on comedy central lately it feature a girl
Sophie Suchowski (played by Addie Land) who has her jaw wired shut for most of the movie to help her lose weight. There are many scenes of her having trouble speaking and even a few close ups.
  I hope this is new.

I can't imagine what this is supposed to look like. Do you have any screen shots? Can you describe the appliance a bit more?

Before the middle of the movie she does not have braces. She visits her uncle, an orthodontist, who installs braces and wires them shut for the remainder of the movie.

This movie is a 4 star movie. There are lots of good close-up shots of her braces and she is seen all through the movie. Her braces are seen wired together in at least one good segment of the movie. The braces are part of the storyline in the movie.
