Title: Youtube problems

Hi to all! Can anyone help me with Youtube? I look for nice videos. When I put a word in searching window I find lots of videos with different keywords. For example I put there strojček (braces in Slovakian) and I see videos with word machine which is one of English possible translations. How to stop it, please. Instead of braces I find braids.

strojček na zuby is the correct expression!

Yes, I know that, I try it, but they often use only strojček, Slovakian is our close language and I can speak it very well. But when I put only strojček, it shows me even videos with machine - in English which shouldn't be shown. I put it in Slovakian, not in English. It shows me for example braids when I put braces. It is very strange. I look for videos about two hours and it is because of inapropriate showing videos. But thank you for your advice.
