I've had braces for 10 years combining 3 different times. I am going in for my fourth time at the end of Jan.

I am on my 5th time with braces by the time I am done it will be 15.5 years.

How can it be 10 years combining 3 times and now 15.5 years combining 5 times after a mere 2 year time frame ???. I mean yeah, you could have it for another 3.5 years, but what seems unrealistic to me is you get them two years ago and now have them again. At that point, just keep them on the whole time! Also, 15.5 years seems like a really long time, no matter you are.

Seems a bit fishy to me.

My wife has had her braces for 7 years now, after a hiatus she tried to resume treatment earlier this year but COVID has delayed it further

She eventually got them off after 8 years, 11 months and 3 days. A good innings!

Treatment in Asia is slower but results is great
