 They send two sets of impression tray / spoons with pre-measured impression material with the order. The instructions are very detailed complete with text and pictures.
You send back both sets of trays and they pick the best one for making retainers.
Several palate options, decals, and many colors available.
The communication is excellent and turn around time is very quick.
