Lower headgear is not used anymore - that is now the job of a facemask.  You may still find a few floating around here and there, but its now seen as "older" technology, better results are achieved through the facemask.  (If you recall "vectors" in high school physics you will see why a FM words better than lower headgear.)

As for double?  I cannot imagine it being used anymore.  If you look at the internet, you will see most double-facebow images are either very, very old (as in black and white photo old) or fetish fakes, or photoshopped.  There are much better ways now to achieve the same results than with a double headgear.

Of course, there are always exceptions, and people are all unique, someone could have a very rare bite that would require something that is no longer used.  but i'll bet my beer money those cases would be handled surgically.

Thanks, I understand your answer

I had a double headgear in my past many years ago.

But if I had to choose between a facemask or a low jaw headgear, I would prefer a low headgear yet.

If had to choose between a d ouble headgear and a facemask, a double headgear yet.

Same Aesthetically speaking, double headgear are "most" normal, than a facemask.

Thanks again
