First a little backstory.  I saw an orthodontist when I was 12 and he said I was gonna be in them for 3 years.  This is back when I hated them as a kid.  I begged my parents for a second opinion and settled on a guy that said 2 years.  Needless to say, he fucked up and I've been unhappy with the job since he took them off.

So, today I was driving a friend to a job interview and it was in the same building as the old ortho!  So, I walked in their feeling nostalgic and hopin' to spot someone with wires coming out of their mouth.  Unfortunately, that didn't happen, but I talked to one of the technicians and she basically sold me on getting them again.  I'm tired of grinding my teeth at night.  This will be so fun!  Now to save money to do it.  Now I have something to use my savings for yay!

Probably only gonna be for a year or so, which is long enough in my book.  I plan on getting ceramic or ice on top and metal on the bottom.  I dunno if I'll require any special gear, but maybe a herbst if I'm lucky Smiley  Can anyone tell me the PURPOSE of a herbst?

Yes indeed.  I'm gonna be even more glad when I have the smile I wanted when I was 12 and the first ortho messed up.  Of course, after I'm done, I can get some fake full bands Smiley

Proper using of braces for proper time duration, lead to the good effective result.
But for a smile, our teeth play a major role and for that we have to face braces again and again.
